Having worked in many different places, I finally settled down here in the Susquehanna Valley.  I soon found out that the people who lived here were really nice folks!  Especially our Q listeners!

I have been with WILQ seemingly forever, but in reality since 1995!  I have seen colleagues come and go throughout the years, owners come and go, the evolution of the "Q Rooster" to what he is today, I have broadcasted from the old Pine Street studios, a closet (yes, it was an actual closet) in the Russell Ave. location , to our current location at 1685 4 Mile Drive and even IT underwent a face lift a few years ago.  Equipment changes...don't even get me started on that.

My father, a wise, hard working in his day, blue collar of a man, once said to me, "When are you going to get a real job?"  I just grinned and said "NEVER!  I love what I do!""  I guess the only thing I would change about my life if I could is the small mouth bass would bite on everything I threw at them and they would all be over 20" long!  Hey, I can dream, can't I?  Thank you for allowing me to live my dream, by listening to WILQ!
