Reba McEntire says she is “happier than ever” at the age of 70, as she is embracing both her thriving career and personal life. This includes her recent engagement to fiancé Rex Linn, with the country music icon admitting that “I’ve never been loved by a man like Rex Linn. Rex is a very tender-hearted man, and I just love him with all my heart. He’s a good guy.” Starring this fall on season 28 of The Voice and season 2 of her sitcom, Happy’s Place, McEntire cherishes the tight-knit family atmosphere on set and the joy of working alongside Linn. Reflecting on her nearly five-decade career and recent life changes, McEntire says, “I love this chapter in my life. I’m very grateful,” while admitting, “I think I’m happier now than I’ve ever been in my life. It’s amazing. It’s wonderful being 70 and getting to do what I get to do at the level I want to do it.” (People)
