ADDITIONAL CONTEST RULES OF WILQ’S 2025 BOOTS FULL OF LOOT CONTEST

The Official Backyard Broadcasting General Contest Rules apply unless otherwise noted below.

WILQ’s Boots Full of Loot Contest includes:

The Grand Prize: a Carrier 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split single-zone heat pump, including installation.
Eight weekly “Boots Full of Loot” prize packages awarded to on-air qualifiers.
Twelve pairs of “Boots with Loot” awarded by drawings at each of the participating sponsor locations.

The contest begins Monday, September 22, 2025, and ends with the Grand Prize drawing on Monday, November 17, 2025.

There are two separate ways to qualify for the Grand Prize. There is only one way to qualify for the weekly “Boots Full of Loot” prize packages and one way to qualify for the 12 sponsor location “Boots with Loot.”

TO REGISTER AND WIN ONE OF THE EIGHT WEEKLY “BOOTS FULL OF LOOT” PACKAGES:

Beginning Monday, September 22, 2025, listen weekdays between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM for the specific Boots Full of Loot “Cue to Call” on WILQ. When it’s heard (and not part of a pre-recorded promotional announcement), be caller number 5 or 9 at 570-322-6011 or 1-800-377-1051.

Callers 5 and 9 each time the Cue to Call is played will be registered for that week’s Boots package, which will be awarded around 6:00 AM the following Monday morning by random drawing of all listeners qualified the prior week.

You can register once per week. (Each week you register, you gain another entry for the Grand Prize drawing, increasing your chances of winning.)

All weekly on-air registrants and winners will also be qualified for the Grand Prize, which will be determined by a random drawing on Monday, November 17, 2025.

TO REGISTER AND WIN ONE OF THE 12 SPONSOR LOCATION “BOOTS WITH LOOT”:

Each of the 12 participating sponsor locations will award a specific pair of boots containing two uncirculated American Eagle coins from Cillo’s Antiques.

Each location will have an official WILQ registration box and entry forms. A list of the 12 official participating locations will be posted on WILQ.com. Registration boxes will be available starting Monday, September 22, 2025.

The winners of the boots and coins at each location will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries at the individual locations. These drawings will take place as early as Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and no later than Friday, November 14, 2025.

Each location winner will also qualify for the Grand Prize drawing on Monday, November 17, 2025.

THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO REGISTER FOR THE GRAND PRIZE:

By becoming an on-air weekly “Boots Full of Loot” package qualifier (for any or all of the eight weekly packages).
By registering at one of the 12 participating “Boots with Loot” locations and becoming that location’s winner.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY:

All registrants and winners must be 21 years of age or older and able to verify with a government-issued photo ID.

GRAND PRIZE:

The Grand Prize is a Carrier 12,000 BTU ductless mini-split single-zone heat pump, with installation included, provided by Quality Air Mechanical. Installation will not occur until temperatures and weather allow in 2026. Installation will be at the discretion of Quality Air Mechanical. The heat pump must be installed by Quality Air Mechanical and will not be awarded until installation.

Prize is guaranteed to be delivered, installed, and in service prior to the end of summer 2026.

Additional prizes may be added. Prizes may change, be deleted, or be substituted depending on availability.
Pickup and/or delivery of prize(s) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise noted.
The winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, titles, tags, and registration fees that may be required. See #11 on the Official Contest Rules for additional information needed from the winner.
