The Williamsport Chapter of Toastmasters is a club for people who want to improve at public speaking in a safe and supportive environment.  The Toastmasters meet at the 505 Restaurant on Washington Boulevard on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month.  A new class starts on October 4th
